Milk Production and Hunger Cues

When breastfeeding on demand it is important to be aware of your baby’s hunger cues. Your baby will communicate with you when they are hungry and when they need to be fed. Your baby will often cry if you haven’t picked up on previous hunger cues. It can be difficult to try to feed a crying baby so it is usually best to calm your baby before attempting to feed them. Below are a few links to different resources for you to learn more about hunger cues and what to look out for. I have also included some links to learn more about milk production.
