Best Start for Mums is a 9-week peer support group starting at Long Cross Children's Centre on Tuesday 12 May.
This is a pre-bookable group for mums with children under 2 focusing on key parenting challenges and peer support. There will be activities and crafts for the children to do as well as snacks and drinks.

Pathways to Possibilities is an event that has been organised with Avonmouth CofE Primary School, Molson, The Bristol Port Company and UWE to bring together local businesses, the Social Justice Hub, employability schemes and the local community to raise aspirations and provide jobs, employability schemes and support with benefits to get into work. It is also for those that are seeking ways to start a new career or to gain qualifications for promotion. This event is for school leavers, as well as the wider community.
