👨‍🍳 Bookings have now opened for Bristol North West Foodbank's Eat Well Spend Less cookery course!

Where: St. Peter’s Church, Lawrence Weston.
When: Tuesdays - 13th, 20th, 27th May, 3rd, 10th, 17th June.

Their lovely volunteer team will support you learn two simple and healthy recipes each week, that can be taken home, alongside the basics of food hygiene, knife skills and food budgeting.

Participants must be over 18 years old. There are NO childcare facilities on site.

You can book yourself a place on the course, by emailing: office@bristolnwfoodbank.org.uk or by calling 0117 9235343.

Bookings close on Friday 8th May but will close earlier if all places are booked.

🧸Navigation and Nurture is a NEW monthly gathering aimed at supporting parents who have a pre-schooler who is profoundly disabled and/or medically complex. Its purpose is to help parent carers:

• Learn about the support that is available to them
• Stay well in the midst of it all
• Meet other parents on a similar path

📍The monthly sessions are starting in February 2025. They will take place on the dates, 10-12pm, at St Anne's House, BS4 4AB.
