Preparing to Breastfeed
If you are planning to breastfeed your baby or just thinking about it, it’s really helpful to get as much information as you can before you give birth. Although breastfeeding is a natural and wonderful way to feed, nurture and bond with your baby, it is a skill both you and baby have to learn. Having knowledge can build your confidence and help you feel committed.
Many women find one of the most helpful and supportive things you can do is connect with other breastfeeding families and speak to experienced supporters. This week we are sharing the Zoom link for the Lawrence Weston Breastfeeding group which you are welcome to join!
