World Mental Health Day 2020
On Saturday 10th October it is World Mental Health Day. The pressures of lockdown and the losses we have experienced over the months have had a huge impact on our mental health. This year the charity Mind are encouraging us to do one thing today to help look after ourselves, whether that be doing something creative, phoning a friend or taking those first steps towards support for yourself. They have also produced this handy calendar of ideas to help you plan one thing each day for better mental health.
