What is responsive feeding?

Responsive feeding is an important part of relationship building with your baby. Being able to understand and respond to you babies feeding cues is a key step to helping your baby develop not only a secure attachment relationship, but in establishing positive eating habits as they grow up. Through responsive feeding, a baby can learn to feed when they are hungry and to stop when they are full. Every baby is unique and will have different feeding habits, so following your babies cues and your instinct is vital. This week we are sharing some articles with more information about responsive feeding and a video about relationship building with your baby.
